We ingest active US healthcare job postings with listed comp from hospital career sites, agencies, and aggregators. Rolling 180-day window per role.

Normalize

Recruiter titles get mapped to clinician-friendly specialties. ICU = ICU even if the posting calls it "Critical Care RN II." Pay is normalized to hourly + annual.

03 · PUBLISH

Publish

We rebuild P10 / P25 / P50 / P75 / P90 for every role, per state, daily. Pages re-deploy overnight so the number you see is always today's market.
